Expected Monthly Transaction Volume 0-2000 : $0 - $1,999 USD per month
2000-4000 : $2,000 - $3,999 USD per month
4000-6000 : $4,000 - $5,999 USD per month

8000-10000 : $8,000 - $9,999 USD per month
