2.1 Standard Verification Steps

Step Purpose What the Client Must Provide
Identity document Verify the applicant’s identity using an accepted government-issued document. Government ID image(s). Accepted API document types include DRIVERS, ID_CARD, RESIDENCE_PERMIT, and PASSPORT.
Selfie / liveness Confirm that the applicant is physically present and matches the identity document. Level uses passive liveness. Applicant must provide a face photo.
Applicant data Collect tax identifier information. TIN is required by the level configuration.
Proof of address Confirm applicant residence as required at the verification level. Identity may satisfy PoA when the preset allows it. Otherwise upload a dedicated PoA file using API idDocType: DRIVERS, ID_CARD, RESIDENCE_PERMIT, UTILITY_BILL, UTILITY_BILL2, OTHER.
Questionnaire Collect additional compliance or risk information. Provide occupation, industry, work status, primary source of funds, expected monthly transaction volume, estimated annual income, and card terms acceptance. Questionnaire ID: beforeWeFinishWeJust.

2.2.1 Identity Document Requirements
