Reporting and Evidence

Payblr may request enrollment evidence, exception reports, and remediation status for applicable Visa consumer card programs. Reports should be available by program, product, BIN, date range, and enrollment status where possible.

Report / evidence Purpose
Total eligible cards Shows the enrollment population.
Enrolled cards Shows completed enrollment.
Pending cards Shows enrollment backlog or requests awaiting final status.
Failed cards Shows exceptions that require retry, correction, or manual review.
Excluded cards Shows why cards were not enrolled, such as ineligible card type, e-commerce disabled, opted out, or non-supported product.
Opted-out/deleted cards Shows cardholder preference handling and deletion processing.
Last enrollment attempt date Supports auditability and retry tracking.
Error reason Supports remediation and exception management.
